Trainee Production Shift Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Trainee Production Shift Manager. This role will involve managing a team of staff and supporting the Production Shift Manager in the Shepton Mallet area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of staff and ensure smooth production operations
- Support the Production Shift Manager in achieving production targets
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing processes
- Train and mentor team members to improve skills and knowledge
- Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a keen eye for detail
Requirements:
- Experience working in food manufacturing, ideally high care
- Team management and supervisory experience
- Training and mentoring skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing
- Able to work in a pressured environment and remain results-focused
