Parts Advisor Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team, working as part of a successful global automotive group. This role will involve dealing with customers face-to-face or over the phone, providing an outstanding customer service experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will also be proficient in IT, with experience of using web-based systems, email, and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
A full UK driving licence is required for this position.
Responsibilities- Provide guidance to customers on the availability of parts, ensuring timely and accurate information.
- Receive, log, and accurately allocate parts and consumables from suppliers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both external and internal customers.
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations on suitable parts to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records on our systems.
- Effectively communicate relevant promotions, offers, and product information to customers.
- Ensure full familiarity with all procedures and processes within the parts department.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the manufacturer and suppliers.
- We offer a competitive salary of £28,266.37 plus OTE, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
