Care and Support Worker

Care and support workers play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents. As a Bank Care Assistant with Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Deliver quality care and support according to individual care plans
Salary Information:
We offer a competitive salary of £10.50-£11.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This rate is negotiable and may vary based on location within the UK.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a caring and compassionate approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A minimum of 6 months experience working in a care setting is preferred, although not essential.
