As a Sales Performance Director at HCP Group in Portsmouth, Hampshire, you will oversee the Service and Parts departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include setting, managing, and exceeding performance targets, aligning with business goals and fostering individual and departmental success. You will also be responsible for ensuring all processes and procedures adhere to company standards and industry best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the Service and Parts departments to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Set and manage performance targets, driving individual and departmental success.
  3. Ensure all processes and procedures meet company and industry standards.
  4. Report to the Head of Business, taking full responsibility for the Aftersales division's financial performance.
  5. Develop targeted campaigns to capitalise on commercial opportunities within specific market sectors.

Requirements:

  1. A proven track record in Aftersales management within a car dealership environment.
  2. Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and drive high levels of performance.
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, leading by example.
  4. A results-driven mindset with a focus on enhancing efficiency and customer experience.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, with an OTE of £80,000.
