About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fragrance Associate to join our team at Bath & Body Works. As a Fragrance Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing expert advice on our fragrances and skincare products, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our fragrances and skincare products, including their features, benefits, and usage.
  • Make product recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
About You:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about fragrances and skincare.
