About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a leading teaching hospital, providing high-quality care to patients with rare blood disorders. As a Consultant Haematologist with expertise in acute porphyria, you will be responsible for conducting outpatient clinics, giving telephone/email advice, reviewing inpatients, and teaching medical, nursing, and laboratory staff.

Key Requirements
  • Experience in day-to-day organisation of clinical and laboratory haematology services.
  • Familiarity with current structure of Health Service and conversant with recent initiatives and changes.
  • Able to demonstrate experience, self-motivation, and leadership capability within multi-disciplinary teams.

The successful candidate will have a salary of approximately £100,000-£120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
