We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Housing Services team in Bradford. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a real difference in people's lives, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 6-month Fixed Term Contract

As a Housing Partner, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and guidance on a range of housing-related issues. You'll work closely with our allocations and letting team to onboard new tenants, manage anti-social behaviour, and resolve customer complaints effectively.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a housing context
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathise with customers
  • Resilience and the ability to deal positively with change
  • Ability to work under pressure and driven to achieve positive outcomes for customers
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy when handling customer data in line with GDPR
  • Flexible approach to work and a willingness to travel, with access to a vehicle for business use

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £35,452 per annum
