Senior Manager, Group Financial Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Group Financial Reporting to join our Finance team. This is a critical role that will be responsible for leading the preparation of the Group's consolidated financial statements, managing the financial reporting process, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the preparation of the Group's consolidated financial statements, including the annual financial statements and quarterly external management accounts.
- Manage the financial reporting process, including the consolidation of financial data, preparation of financial statements, and review of audit reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, including IFRS and US GAAP.
- Develop and implement financial reporting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage a team of financial reporting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of financial reporting tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Treasury and Audit, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with a strong background in financial reporting and accounting.
- Proven experience in leading financial reporting teams and managing complex financial reporting projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of IFRS and US GAAP.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a strong attention to detail.
