Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of the Group's consolidated financial statements and quarterly external management accounts.
  • Own and manage the Group's financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement financial reporting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage a team of financial reporting professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of financial reporting tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure financial reporting meets business needs and provides valuable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure financial reporting is compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with a strong background in financial reporting and control.
  • Deep experience delivering consolidated financial statement reporting and delivering audits on time.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Up-to-date technical skills and confident in preparing IFRS and US GAAP financial statements.
