Job Title: BEMS Maintenance Engineer

Orion Electrotech Sales is seeking a skilled BEMS Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the ongoing service, maintenance, and optimization of BEMS systems, ensuring our clients' buildings operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine service and maintenance on BEMS systems, with a focus on TREND, Tridium, or other major platforms.
  • Diagnose and repair system faults, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems through regular monitoring and adjustment.
  • Provide technical support and advice to clients on-site and remotely.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance and energy efficiency.
  • Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while working on-site.
Requirements:
  • Experience in BEMS maintenance, with knowledge of TREND, Tridium, or similar systems.
  • Good understanding of HVAC systems and their integration with BEMS platforms.
  • Strong electrical skills and ability to work safely with control systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and organized approach to managing your workload.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license, as the role involves travel.
