Job Title: Oracle Cloud Payroll Support Consultant

Job Summary:
This role is for an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Support Consultant to work with our client, managing the Oracle Payroll support for multiple customers, including request fulfillment, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of a wide range of modules in the Oracle HCM suite, particularly payroll, and be passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Oracle Payroll support for multiple customers
• Oversee Oracle SRs and ensure they are managed and chased appropriately with Oracle
• Stay up-to-date with the Oracle payroll roadmap, new functionality, and releases
• Collaborate with the delivery team to deliver high-quality solutions and services

Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of a wide range of modules in the Oracle HCM suite, particularly payroll
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

What We Offer:
• Competitive salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Home/Hybrid working arrangement with travel required as needed
