Searchability NS&D has a permanent opportunity for an Oracle Cloud Payroll Support Consultant to work across an exciting range of projects
Based in Manchester – Mostly Remote
WHAT WILL THE ORACLE CLOUD PAYROLL SUPPORT CONSULTANT BE DOING?

The Oracle Cloud Payroll Support Consultant will be responsible for the delivery of incidents, problem resolution and change activities at one main customer with opportunities to work across multiple managed services customers.

The role will be part of a delivery team working collaboratively across the client and with the customer to deliver fantastic products and services.

Managing the Oracle Payroll support for the customer including request fulfilment, Incident Management, Problem Management and Change.
On a rota basis be available on call for major incidents over some weekends and bank holidays. This would be paid as per the overtime policy, which would be in addition to your basic salary.
Supporting the design of the technological solution for the customer and ensure best practice approaches, tools and templates are used, and manage the team to deliver high quality solutions and services.
Overseeing Oracle SRs ensuring they are managed and chased appropriately with Oracle
Supporting the customer through testing activities
Stay up to date with the Oracle payroll roadmap, new functionality, and releases
The location of this position will be Home/Hybrid with travel required as per customer / project needs
Excellent knowledge of a wide range of modules in the Oracle HCM suite but particularly payroll
Passionate about the customer experience
Excellent customer/relationship management skills
