Sales and Design Specialist

A Bespoke Garden Building Advisor is required to join our dynamic team in St Albans. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the selection and purchase process, providing expert advice on garden building solutions.
You will need to possess excellent communication skills, be highly organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships with customers will ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Description:
- Engage and advise customers on garden building solutions, promoting our range of products and services.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all sales opportunities are maximised.
- Conduct site visits to assess product suitability and provide recommendations to customers.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, utilising CRM system to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at external events and exhibitions, promoting our brand and products.
Required Skills:
- Experience of delivering face-to-face consultative sales approach.
- Sales and Service driven, with creative and inspiring personality.
- Able to discover and overcome objections and close sales.
- Highly organised with an eye for detail.
Benefits:
- Salary: £29,500 per annum.
- Quarterly bonuses up to £8,000 per year for achieving targets.
- Annual bonus of £2,000 for achieving full year target.
- Commission paid on every sale.
