Adult Nurse Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Adult Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established provider of complex care packages within the community, specialising in adult complex care.
About the RoleThe successful Adult Nurse Manager will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to adult clients and their families, while creating personalised care plans for each individual. You will work closely with a core team of carers, training and supporting them with their clinical skills and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to an individual's needs
- Effectively manage the multidisciplinary team through strong communication and teamwork
- Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs within your caseload
- Deliver nursing interventions, including the management of medicine delivery
- Build and maintain sophisticated relationships with clients' families
- Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
- RGN with an active NMC PIN
- Supportive management style that can bring out the best in others
- Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
- Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families, and the MDT
- Suitable for Band 5 / Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
- Full UK Driving Licence desirable but not essential
- Up to £45,000 per annum DOE
- 1 day's working from home per week / 4 days in the community
- Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
- 33 days holiday
