Senior Architect Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to deliver high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead architectural projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Develop project briefs, present design proposals, and liaise with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support
  • Collaborate with contractors and other professionals to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • ARB registered/RIBA qualified
  • 5-7 years post-Part Three UK-based architectural experience
  • Proven track record of working on residential and heritage projects
  • Substantial experience in job running, design, and project management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or ArchiCAD
  • Experience working across the RIBA stages
