About the Role
The Gynaecology Admin Team Leader is a key position within the Department, responsible for providing leadership and support to a large administrative team. This role requires a high level of organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Main Responsibilities
- To provide leadership and support to the administrative team, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed to a high standard.
- To manage and monitor patient pathways, ensuring that all patients receive the best possible care and support.
- To work closely with the Senior Speciality Manager to develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
- To provide administrative support to the clinical team, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
