Job Title: Senior Growth Marketing Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Up World. As a key member of our growth team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for our DTC brands, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of growth strategies for DTC brands, focusing on scaling customer acquisition and driving revenue.
  • Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers, ensuring they're developing their skills and growing in their roles.
  • Act as the main point of contact for brands, providing insights, reports, and actionable recommendations to improve growth performance.
  • Oversee the delivery of content plans from a growth perspective, briefing content creators to create performance materials.
  • Work closely with founders to set commercial goals for their business, including KPI setting and growth modelling.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in delivering results for DTC brands, with a focus on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and maximising ROAS.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform strategy, optimise performance, and deliver clear insights to brands.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of performance marketers, with a focus on skill development and campaign troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build client relationships and present complex data in an understandable, actionable way.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and tracking software.
