We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our team at Royal British Legion Industries Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering accredited qualifications and training programs that support our veteran community and other disadvantaged groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our Assistant Director to ensure alignment with our organization's goals and objectives

  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to inform program development
