Our STARS team combines customer service and security service to our clients, their staff, visitors, and customers. We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service, work well under pressure, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a consistently high-end, comprehensive, and discreet security-focused hosting experience to all visitors, guests, and employees.
  • Ensure the safety and protection of customers' people, property, and information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the STARS team to ensure seamless execution of Front of House operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a security or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
