Senior Data Scientist – Medical Informatics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team in Medical/Clinical Informatics. As a key member of our Data Science team, you will collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver innovative solutions that improve quality and efficiency of care delivery in hospital-level care at home.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with IT, biomedical engineering, software engineering, data engineering, and clinical experts to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
- Apply a range of data science techniques, including AI/machine learning, statistics, and data visualization, to address clinically oriented use cases.
- Partner with data engineers to ensure data quality, processing, and harmonization align with industry standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive models into virtual hospital workflows.
- Serve as a thought partner and informatics subject matter expert to clinicians and product managers during solution ideation and design.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Health Informatics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Master's degree in Health Informatics, Medical Informatics, or Clinical Informatics, or clinical practice experience.
- Significant experience working with healthcare data from hospitals/care delivery/electronic health records.
- Demonstrated experience in AI/machine learning, FHIR, clinical terminologies, and terminology/value set management systems.
