Job Summary: Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our team in the Grays area. As a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks including social housing repairs, maintenance, and other duties as required.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company that provides construction services to public and private sector clients.

As a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson, you will be based within close distance to Grays, Thurrock, Basildon or Romford, working Monday - Friday 08:00am-17:00pm (overtime available). You will also participate in the out of hours rota system.

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out a range of tasks including social housing repairs, maintenance, and other duties as required
  • Work closely with our team to ensure excellent customer service and high quality workmanship
  • Participate in regular training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Requirements & Experience:
  • 10+ years trade experience
  • Proven experience in social housing (maintenance contractors, housing associations, local authorities)
  • Strong work ethic, friendly and professional approach
  • Fully qualified and licensed tradesperson
