Job Title: Multi-Trader

We are seeking a skilled Tradesperson to join our team as a Multi-Trader. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for undertaking social housing repairs in the Grays and surrounding area.

As a Multi-Trader, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including maintenance contracts with public and private sector clients. You will be based within close distance to Grays, Thurrock, Basildon or Romford and will be required to travel to various locations throughout the day.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years trade experience and must be experienced within social housing. You will also be required to take part in the out of hours rota system and have a strong work ethic, friendly and professional demeanor.
