We are seeking an experienced Loss Adjuster to join our team at Adjusting Appointments Limited. As a key member of our claims handling organisation, you will be responsible for managing high value claims and providing technical leadership to our adjusting team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct site visits and assessments to determine the cause and quantum of insurance property claims.
- Investigate claims thoroughly, gathering high-quality information through site notes, photographs, witness statements, and relevant documentation.
- Make informed decisions regarding policy liability, quantum, and subrogation, as well as risk management issues.
- Provide exceptional communication and customer service to various parties involved in the claims process.
- Significant experience in property claims adjusting, with a strong background in construction a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and face-to-face.
- Proven experience in complaints handling and industry qualification, such as CILA or CII, or working towards.
- A full clean driving licence is essential for this role.
