About the Role

The Head of Decarbonization Equity Investments will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the selection, investment, and monitoring of decarbonization funds. This will include venture capital, private equity, and infrastructure investments. The successful candidate will have a strong background in asset management and a deep understanding of decarbonization and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in the selection, investment, and monitoring of decarbonization funds.
  • Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve decarbonization goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage relationships with investors, portfolio companies, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in asset management, with a focus on decarbonization and sustainability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong business model development and team management skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with Spanish a plus.
