The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Profile Reporting Director to join our Enterprise Risk Management function. This key leadership position will be responsible for driving consistent, high-quality risk profile reporting across our global operations. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management and collaborate closely with both the 1st and 2nd line teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust risk profile monitoring and reporting standard across lines of defense.
  • Drive consistency and quality of risk profile reporting across the enterprise, risk domains, business units, and legal entities.
  • Deliver actionable enterprise risk profile reporting to the Global Enterprise Risk Committee (GERC) and the Business Risk Committee of the Board (BRC).
  • Escalate risks and incidents to the appropriate stakeholders, including senior management and the board.
  • Collaborate with our Technology and Data teams to develop and maintain risk profile reporting, incident, and issue management capabilities.
Requirements
  • Several years of direct risk management framework experience at a large-scale financial services organization.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in designing, training, and delivering risk profile reporting.
  • Proven capability in high-quality execution, including influencing cross-functional stakeholders to drive change.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar Governance Risk and Compliance tools.
  • Experience overseeing financial and/or non-financial risks, including interpreting and adhering to associated prudential expectations.
