Job Title: Consultant Occupational Health Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Occupational Health Physician to join our team at Medway NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Occupational Health Service, you will play a vital role in promoting the health, safety, and wellbeing of our staff and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert clinical advice and guidance on occupational health and wellbeing issues to staff and managers
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and best practice
  • Work closely with other medical and professional colleagues to provide high-quality healthcare to employees and external clients
  • Enhance and develop the Trust's Occupational Health services to meet the needs of our staff and clients
  • Act as a clinical expert in occupational health, advising on all aspects of occupational health and wellbeing
Requirements:
  • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
  • Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) or equivalent
  • Experience in occupational health and wellbeing
  • Strong clinical leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
