We're seeking experienced sales professionals to join our expanding business as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients and promoting our services to help them solve their HR and Employment Law needs.
About the Role:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients to discuss our services and build relationships.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and enhance sales approaches.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Your Background:
- 1-2 years experience in Sales, preferably with direct Business to Business Sales experience.
- Previous experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Austin Fraser Offers:
- A starting base salary of £23,000 - £25,000, with genuine uncapped earning potential and an achievable OTE of £40,000+ from year one.
