Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Team Leader to join our team at AMANN THREADS UK LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Electrical Maintenance Team, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the Electrical Maintenance Team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.
  • Plan and coordinate electrical projects and maintenance activities across all departments and shifts.
  • Liaise with production management team to deliver projects and maintenance activities on time and to budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes of practice and company procedures.
  • Identify and implement best practices for periodical plant maintenance.
  • Support the procurement team to deliver cost savings.
  • Maximize plant machine performance through effective response, fault finding, diagnosis, and repairs.
  • Develop and implement planned maintenance schedules.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and lean activities.
  • Test and inspect electrical systems and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical engineering and maintenance management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes of practice and company procedures.
