Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of paediatric patients, providing evidence-based dietetic advice and care.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Conduct group education sessions and one-to-one consultations with patients and their families.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
