Salary:

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, responsible for the successful delivery of projects from conception to completion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and implementation of project plans and schedules
  • Management of budgets and resources
  • Co-ordination with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Identification and mitigation of risks
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of project management experience, preferably within the construction industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering
