We are looking for a Live In Support and Companion to join our team at Active Care Group, one of the leading providers of complex care. As a Live In Support and Companion, you will be responsible for providing daily living support to individuals with spinal cord injury, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

You will work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that meet each client's unique needs and goals. This may include assisting with personal care, such as washing, dressing, and toileting, as well as supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as domestic duties and social activities.

In addition to providing direct care, you will also participate in ongoing training and development to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge required to provide high-quality care. You will work within a supportive team environment, where you will be encouraged to share your ideas and expertise to improve client outcomes.
