We are seeking a motivated Childcare Professional to join our team in North London.
Job Summary:This role involves working with a key group of children, observing and recording their progress, and planning and implementing age-appropriate activities. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment and adhering to our nursery policies and procedures.
This is a great opportunity to work with a well-established nursery setting and contribute to the education and care of young children.
Salary and Benefits:- The starting salary for this position is £26,000 per annum.
- In addition to a competitive salary, we offer 7 weeks of paid holiday and sick pay.
- Staff who demonstrate good performance and stay with us for two years will receive an additional £1,000 pay rise.
- Work with a key group of children, observing and recording their progress.
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment that meets the needs of all children.
- Adhere to our nursery's policies and procedures at all times.
- A full and relevant childcare qualification (minimum Level 3).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Previous experience working with young children.
- Dedication and passion for the childcare sector.
