About the Role

The Portfolio Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing the inbox, allocating leads, producing reports, and performing other associated administrative tasks.
  • Lead Management: Allocate and manage over 500 leads per month, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Contract Management: Process over 300 contracts per month, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports with analysis, providing insights to senior sales management.
  • Sales Enablement: Act as sales enablement support, providing system training and daily queries from the sales department.
  • Data Management: Monitor and allocate data records, ensuring the sales team has access to necessary data to work effectively.
  • Administrative Coordination: Coordinate the administrative needs of the Sales team and management team as required.
Requirements
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills: Expert level skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Teamwork: Willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
  • Experience in a Fast-Paced Organisation: Experience working in a fast-paced organisation with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
