About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Engineer to join our team at Sparx Limited. As an ICT Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless device performance and prompt resolution of IT requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve IT issues, deploying and maintaining a variety of Apple devices
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT systems, leveraging your technical expertise and innovative thinking
  • Provide exceptional IT support to both local and remote users, swiftly addressing and resolving technical issues
  • Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and operational support of various devices, ensuring they are configured and updated to meet user needs
  • Work closely with team members and third-party vendors to manage IT requests from start to finish
Requirements
  • Broad range of knowledge and experience in IT, including system implementation processes
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and promptly diagnose and resolve IT issues
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
