About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Engineer to join our team at Sparx Limited. As an ICT Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our IT systems, ensuring seamless device performance and prompt resolution of IT requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve IT issues, deploying and maintaining a variety of Apple devices
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT systems, leveraging technical expertise and innovative thinking to find effective solutions
  • Provide exceptional IT support to both local and remote users, swiftly addressing and resolving technical issues and responding to help desk tickets in line with department SLA's
  • Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and operational support of various devices, ensuring they are configured and updated to meet user needs
  • Work closely with team members and third-party vendors to manage IT requests from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination and communication
Requirements
  • Broad range of knowledge and experience in IT, including system implementation processes, new applications, hardware, software, upgrades, and deployments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve complex IT issues
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and third-party vendors
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced environment
