About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at a prestigious and historic hotel located in a stunning setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase the best of local and seasonal ingredients
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs to deliver high-quality dishes and exceptional service
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling
  • Collaborate with our events team to create bespoke dining experiences for special occasions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on creativity, presentation, and flavor
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
