Job Title: Head Pastry Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our team at Taste Hospitality Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the pastry department and creating exceptional desserts that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the pastry team to ensure high-quality desserts are produced consistently
  • Develop and implement new dessert menus and recipes to stay ahead of culinary trends
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain exceptional standards
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and visually appealing desserts
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment in the pastry department

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef in a fine dining restaurant
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of pastry techniques
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
