Job Overview

The Tekever Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Tech Project Delivery Director to lead the successful delivery of complex projects within our Security Division.

About the Role

As a Tech Project Delivery Director, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.

You will establish and maintain appropriate project governance, reporting issues and risks up to the leadership team as necessary.

Your primary focus will be on delivering complex projects that meet Tekever's contractual and capability commitments.

You will maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders throughout the life of a project and develop positive working relationships with customers to build a deep understanding of their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives;
  • Governance - Establish and maintain appropriate project governance, where necessary reporting issues and risks up to the leadership team;
  • Deliver - Lead the delivery of complex projects ensuring Tekever contractual and capability commitments are met;
  • Project Reporting - maintain regular communication internal throughout the life of a project.
  • Customer Relations - develop positive working relationships with customers, building a deep understanding of their requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of delivering complex projects under tight time pressures;
  • Stakeholder Management - experience of developing and managing relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally;
  • Languages: French, Portuguese or Spanish (can be a plus).
  • Post Graduate education in relevant field;
  • UAS Industry Knowledge (Aircraft/Sensors/Systems).
