Student Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Student Services Manager. This is a rewarding position within the pastoral remit of our school, working alongside and supporting fellow Student Support Managers and the leadership team in their daily operational roles.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the relevant admin, attendance, safeguarding, and general social, moral, and spiritual well-being of students, in line with the Every Child Matters Agenda.
- Use our school Management Information System to run reports for rewards, behaviour, and attendance, ensuring the relevant member of the leadership team is provided with key data on a weekly basis.
- Liaise with parents, carers, and outside agencies as required, including responding to parental queries, making phone calls, and leading on face-to-face meetings, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
