Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Psychology Graduates to join our team as Support Workers in a SEND school located in Coventry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide support to pupils across various subjects and activities, promoting a positive and engaging learning environment.
  2. Assist with lesson planning and classroom management, working closely with teachers and other staff members.
  3. Support with 1-1 and small group activities to target development for lower ability pupils, including those with English as an Additional Language (EAL), Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, communication difficulties, and language challenges.
  4. Foster a supportive and inclusive school community, collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure each child's unique needs are met.

Requirements
