About the Role:
PK Education is seeking dedicated and passionate Psychology Graduates to join a SEND school located in the vibrant heart of Coventry. As a Psychology Support Worker, you will provide support to pupils across various subjects and activities, assist with lesson planning and classroom management, and support with 1-1 and small group activities to target development for lower ability pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to pupils with diverse needs, including English as an Additional Language (EAL), Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, communication difficulties, and language challenges.
- Assist with lesson planning and classroom management to ensure a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure each child's unique needs are met.
Requirements:
- A degree in Education or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
