The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Easihold division, a rapidly growing business with a strong presence in the market. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity across our manufacturing operations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the procurement of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Logistics and Distribution: Coordinate the movement of goods, manage inventory levels, and optimize shipping and receiving processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in operations management, supply chain management, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.

  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: NEBOSH or equivalent certification in health and safety management.
