Accounts Assistant - Purchase/Sales Ledger Clerk Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our team at Yolk Recruitment Careers. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate supplier accounts and ensure timely payments.
  • Process daily transactions, including receipts and payments, with precision and efficiency.
  • Manage card payments from clients over the telephone and respond to client inquiries.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Effectively manage expense claims and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support credit control efforts by monitoring and recovering outstanding payments.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
