About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Driver to join our team at Westbourne Motors. As a Recovery Driver, you will be responsible for recovering vehicles following breakdown or accident within a 100 km radius working area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recover vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
  • Operate a variety of vehicles, including heavy goods vehicles
  • Work in all weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and inclement weather
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
  • Meet productivity targets and work to a high standard
Requirements
  • C or C+E driving licence
  • A minimum of one year's driving experience in vehicles above 7.5T
  • Technical background is an advantage, but full training will be provided
  • Current digital tachograph card
  • CRB checks will be carried out on all candidates
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a high basic wage and a productivity bonus. In excess of £40,000 per annum is achievable. We also offer a comprehensive induction training program, which will cover all aspects of the role and provide an industry-recognised basic level qualification.

Shift Patterns

We operate a variety of shift patterns, including night shifts, weekend shifts, and Monday-Friday positions. We will discuss the specific shift pattern with you at interview.
