The Role:
We are seeking a Care Support Specialist to join our team in Morpeth, NE61. As a key member of our community living service, you will provide support to a young man with Autism, enabling him to develop independent living skills and integrate into the local community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered support to the individual, promoting their autonomy and dignity.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
- Accompany the individual on community outings, promoting social interaction and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with the core background team to ensure seamless support 24/7.
Requirements:

- Empathy, compassion, and sensitivity to the individual's needs.
- Patience and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
