This permanent position requires availability to work shift patterns, including late evenings and weekends. Shifts are available for a minimum of 30 hours per week, and the location is at the Trafford Centre.

The Line Chef responsibilities include:

  • Preparing food orders to Archie's specifications and timings
  • Undertaking food preparation as instructed by kitchen staff
  • Maintaining organisation and knowledge of the menu
  • Recording keeping in accordance with due diligence rules
  • Adhering to cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen area
  • Following health and food safety procedures

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A love for food and the ability to pick up new skills quickly
  • A can-do attitude, sharp eye for detail, and pride in your work
  • Fundamental understanding of cooking and ability to follow instructions
