About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment and People Administrator to join our team at South Coast Nursing Homes. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the recruitment lifecycle of all employees across our group, including sifting applications, screening, and booking interviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring of high-quality candidates.
  • Liaise with Home Managers and administrators to coordinate rotas and vacancies, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Administer recruitment documentation, including background checks, DBS, references, contracts, and offer letters.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to attract, recruit, and retain talent, including sponsorship and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support the HR Manager with administrative tasks and provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Knowledge of employment law and recruitment best practices.
