Lead Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to enhance our Construction division.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be an integral part of the Construction team, overseeing a diverse array of projects spanning educational facilities, commercial buildings, healthcare institutions, recreational spaces, and public works.
Your daily responsibilities will encompass:
- Effectively managing resources, including personnel, finances, and physical assets, to ensure that assigned projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while maximizing client satisfaction and project profitability.
- Implementing all policies set forth by Kier Group, particularly those related to Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards, quality assurance, and risk management.
- Championing Kier Group's core values in interactions with clients to not only meet but exceed their expectations, contributing to our vision of becoming the most esteemed company in the industry.
Candidate Profile:
This position is ideal for individuals who possess:
- Experience managing multi-phase projects valued at up to £80 million.
- A degree or HND in a construction or engineering-related field, complemented by a project management certification.
- Strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
