About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at Head Office. As a key member of our Accounts team, you will be responsible for ensuring all accounting processes are followed and improved, identifying and resolving any issues during month-end procedures, and liaising with stakeholders on projects and policies impacting the financial accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all accounting processes are followed and improved.
  • Identify and resolve any issues during month-end procedures.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on projects and policies impacting the financial accounts.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing.
  • Prepare the annual financial statements and quarterly balance sheets.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified accountant with experience in financial reporting.
  • Exposure and in-depth knowledge of IFRS, particularly working knowledge of FRS102.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven individual.
  • Strong communicator and confidence in partnering with stakeholders.
  • Experience leading teams in practice, as well as consolidations, desirable but not essential.
