Guidewire Integration Lead

Henderson Scott Careers is seeking a skilled Guidewire Integration Lead to provide technical leadership for a major Guidewire transformation program. As a key member of our team, you will manage the Integration workstream and ensure alignment with project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end solutions for Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations.
  • Lead the Configuration workstream and track project progress.
  • Develop operations for system interfaces, data flows, APIs, and integration middleware.
  • Establish CI/CD processes for Guidewire implementations.
  • Define tooling strategies and identify non-functional objectives aligned with business requirements.
  • Create and modify rules and rulesets.
  • Develop Java and GOSU code based on system requirements.

Key Skills:

  • ACE Certified / Professional Certified Configurator.
  • Experience in Guidewire implementations as an Integrator.
  • At least one role as Integration Lead in a Guidewire ClaimCenter project.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and experience managing global delivery teams.
  • Ability to act as a technical mentor.
